Developer Privacy Policy
This policy applies to applications and developer services published by Universal Synergy Trading Limited that link to this page. The privacy-by-default baseline is no user accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking, sale, or sharing of personal data.
Scope
This policy applies only to an application or related developer service that links to it. Under the current baseline, covered applications are designed to operate without registration or a user account.
Covered applications do not use advertising SDKs, behavioural analytics, cross-app tracking, or data brokers. If a later release introduces a different data practice, this policy and the relevant store disclosure will be updated before that practice is enabled.
Information you provide
If you contact developer@ustlimited.com, support@ustlimited.com, or privacy@ustlimited.com, Universal Synergy Trading Limited receives the information you choose to include so it can answer the request, investigate an issue, or meet a legal obligation.
Do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, authentication codes, or other information that is not necessary for the request.
Application data
Covered applications do not collect or transmit names, email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, device identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, health information, payment details, diagnostics, or usage analytics to Universal Synergy Trading Limited.
Apple, Google, an operating-system provider, or an app marketplace may independently process technical, purchase, or diagnostic information under its own terms and privacy policy. Universal Synergy Trading Limited does not control that platform-level processing.
Use and disclosure
Information voluntarily sent by email is used only to respond to enquiries, provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Universal Synergy Trading Limited does not sell personal information and does not share support correspondence for advertising or cross-context behavioural tracking. Disclosure is limited to service providers needed to operate email or support, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law.
Retention, deletion, and user choices
Correspondence and related records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, support, security, accounting, or legal purpose for which they were received.
A person may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@ustlimited.com. Covered applications do not create user accounts, so there is currently no in-app account deletion process.
Children and sensitive data
Covered applications are not directed to children and do not knowingly collect personal information from children. They are not designed to process sensitive personal information.
Security, changes, and contact
Universal Synergy Trading Limited uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the service, while recognising that no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Effective date: 30 July 2026. This policy and the relevant store disclosures will be reviewed before any material change to application data practices is released.
